Currently with the record of 15 wins, 6 losses and a no-contest, Quero will have the advantage of the experience competing in 22 professional fights. Meanwhile Efrain suffered his first loss in Brave Combat Federation during the event in Amman, Jordan against Frans Mlambo.
A victory is crucial for the bantamweight fighter from Brazil who have a record of 12 wins, three losses and a no-contest in his professional career. Efrain was streamlining for a title shot earlier. The bout will be crucial for Efrain to be back to the top of the bantamweight division of Brave Combat Federation. Training at Chute Boxe, Efrain will have his first fight in the continent of Africa. The fight marks the fourth bout for Efrain with Brave Combat Federation making him the one from Brazil with most fights in the promotion.
“I am honoured to be able to fight for the second time in the Brave Combat Federation. Especially this marks a great initiative to bring MMA to Africa. This is the lands of my ancestors. My opponent, Efrain is fighting with the heart. I am happy to share the cage with him. I am certain that I will be the one standing at the end of the fight”, said Quero. Efrain is yet to make a statement.
