The South African MMA community has been a buzz with the imminent return of one of the EFC’s most loved combatants , Gareth “Soldierboy” Mclellan.
“Soldierboy” , a former two time middleweight Champion went onto the UFC and claim the first UFC victory for a South African in the Octagon. Nearly five years on from competing in the EFC hexagon he will return at EFC80.
In the build up he spoke to BigAl and Warren king on the MMA Republic and discussed the long journey in getting to this point as well as nearly retiring from competition.
